We received a telephone call today at 12 noon to inform us we will be the lucky new owners of the cat we have chosen.
We were asked to confirm the date and time we would like to collect our chosen pet. Saturday 12 noon.
So all the preparation has been worth it.

What are you going to call your cat? I can't find anything referring to that.
ReplyDeleteWe had a cat who died a couple of years ago at 17.
She was a snowy white creature and started off being called 'Minty'.
The name morphed into 'Pusstwitten'. How, I do not know.
When the cat finally enters the house I will reveal her name.
ReplyDeleteSo Saturday afternoon should be fun with a video camera as well. We already know she doesn't mind her photograph being taken.
I have had a few cats over the years the most memorable was 17 1/2 when she passed away. She was a tortoiseshell called Sukie.
If a cat has come to me with a name already I have never changed it.
The same goes with this one. She already has a name and answers to it so I do not want to confuse her.
Two days to go until we fetch her home.
